Study of Green Human Resource Management Implementation on Employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk

The occurrence of global warming and climate change has caused a commotion around the world, applying principle going green is not something that only to be done in personal environment but must anywhere including work environment. Currently, company provides many opportunities for employees implement go behavior. From customizing office lighting system type equipment they will choose use, at least there are things can do make more environmentally friendly. idea introducing initiative into workplace seem little difficult first. While it trying figure out where start, actually ways companies friendly without major cost implications with long term benefits both employees. application behavior human resource management also called Green Human Resources Management (GHRM). This study examines state-owned enterprise (BUMN) engaged information communication technology (ICT) service industry, namely PT Telkom Indonesia TBK. research focuses on types GHRM practices implemented environment, factors encourage practices, employee understanding these between generations such as baby boomers, gen x, y, efforts socialization so continue. results found this have been several carried understood by boomers generation. Employees generation familiar green.
